This necklace was inspired the monsoon season here in southern Arizona. Our summers are full of dramatic sunsets and exciting lightning branching across dark skies. These Apache Gold beads embody the monsoon night sky and the flame painted copper beads, the sunset.
The graduated necklace measures 18 inches and has a hand forged copper clasp.
Apache Gold beads are mined in Jerome, Arizona. The gold veining is high ore copper (not gold).
I apply fire to give the copper beads the natural colors you see. Each one is individually made and each one is unique - just like each and every sunset.
The beads are made in the USA.
